I have seen this before, so I did some research. Almost positive it's Rudolf Jurnikl pressed glass out of Czech. It was designed for Rocise/Moravia National Glass Corp. in 1962. If this glass is 24cm (9 1/2") tall, that would confirm it. In 2006, the value would be around $40 according to Miller's 20th-Century Glass reference.
