Ravenhead Connoisseur wine glass
Special edition with etched designs produced in 1977 to mark centenary of glassworks at Sherdley-Peasley. One glass shows the original C19th Sherdley works with their "patent gas furnaces", together with men blowing glass by hand. The other shows the much expanded Peasley works in 1977.
The Connoisseur design, available in three sizes, was a collaboration between designer and RCA professor David Queensbury and wine expert Hugh Johnson.
