M & J Guggenheim Ltd, London, RD 704493, registered 25 March 1924, marigold carnival cake stand 7.5 in diameter, FINE CUT RINGS pattern.

Max & Jacques Guggenheim were importers of chinaware, and of glassware (made mostly by the Libochovice Glass Company in Czechoslovakia). The also acted as British registration agents for foreign companies wishing to import glassware into Britain and. registered 16 designs between 1897 and 1938.
