Thank you Anne, you're a star. I bought this thinking it was a Chance "Spiderweb" bowl but changed my mind when I looked on Chanceglass.net.

I really like this pattern TC, it's very stylish. In British Table and Ornamental Glass, L.M. Angus Butterworth says that, after consultation with the directors of their distributing agents, Johnson and Jorgensen Flint Glass Co., Alexander Williamson, A.R.C.A., N.R.D., of the Royal College of Art, was commissioned to design glassware suitable for mass-production, and appropriate for the requirements of caterers and domestic users. Wow, I must have seen at least ten of these bowls today but in a smaller size.

There's a lot of them around here too TC. I now have two full fruit sets of them.. anyone for trifle?
