Need assistance in IDing /no marking paperweight

This beautiful weight is 2 1/2 inches, the bottom is smooth, no markings, each of the canes contains 7 small canes with a yellow center. I acquired this one plus a Strathearn #P27 that has a paper label. The small one was in a presentation case marked Strathearn however the 2 1/2 inch one fits the case. I have spent time on Smugmug however I have not been able to locate same..
