Description largely after Gulliver: "The rim is decorated with an applied, clear glass edge trail finished with a six-way shallow crimp. The body is formed from a mould with fourteen, shallow projecting ribs, and comprises clear glass, over multi-coloured splashes, over fragments of silver foil, over ruby glass, and decorated with two, large amber glass lizard type creatures. The pontil mark is covered with a prunt impressed with a Registered Diamond mark, incorporating the date code for November 17 1882. The body is supported on four, rustic style stub feet. [Another bowl with the same lozenge, but with a different rim edge trail, only three stub feet, and a decorated amberina bowl, is shown on page 168].
