Presumably issued for the Jubilee of King George V and Queen Mary [presumably with a portrait image of the King and /or Queen to be applied to the centre].

The patterned rim is very similar to the 'seaweed' pattern on the Jobling Seaweed Candlestick pattern no 2608 registered as RD 803228 on 31 May 1935.
