pink fish figurine-Victorian?
A figurine of a stylised fish in pink cased glass. White interior lining. 28 cm high.
Fish has rustic surface pull-out decoration & clear applied details. Rigaree at base.
Has a metal fitting that looks as if it may have once sat on a mirror plateau in the manner of a Victorian centerpiece/epergne. Wooden base not original. Fish resembles other stylised fish seen on glass vases & bowls attributed to Walsh,
Stevens & Williams & Webb.
