Murano Jug?
It looks like a Jack in the Pulpit vase where the lower lip has extended to attach to the body of the vase. This turns it into a wonderful jug. The jug is 10.75 inches to the tip and is in a beautiful green glass interspersed thickly with gold specks. The base of the jug is polished and flat. I have shown it in a separate photograph. The jug is quite a heavy piece of glass.
