Haden, Mullett & Haden PG advertisement, September 1, 1939
Apparently via another publication, not traced. Note that the epergne (iv) is not an import from Fratelli Toso, and so could well be final evidence of British traditional epergne manufacture (and of mirror plateaux), marking the end of a very long era.
