Maybe Jacob Bang of Holmegaard? Most of his "optic" tumblers were waved horizontally or swirled vertically. They were manufactured for Kastrup and were 8 to 14 1/8" high. They are often mistaken for Baxter of Whitefriars. Is there any numbers etched on the bottom? Holmegaard usually ID'ed there glass that way, but not always. They produced them from 1936 to 1970, so I am sure there could be variations.
