Greener & Co. unregistered design #210 card holder or posy vase
A clear opalescent glass card holder or posy vase. Unmarked.

Photo copyright Kevin Collins.

This ribbed opalescent design seems to have been Greener & Co.'s unregistered 'version' of Davidson's RD 130643, registered 13 August 1889, which was produced in many similar colours and in their 'Pearline' glass.

The Davidson pattern is also known as 'Brideshead' to some US and Australian collectors, and the Greener & Co. pattern has been given the [fanciful] name of 'Bridesmaid' by Les Bambridge of Premier Antiques UK
